I'm going to be thr first one to say yes to this. I've been looking at getting one done for a while, and I'm in no rush for it.

I've got a spare TB but will have to double check n make sure its the right one. . . . if not "tomson" how much would you like for a TB??

here you go bud, try one of these. I have one fitted to mine, its not fun when your battery is dead after leaving your headlights on all night especially when your late for work. Very simple to fit as well, one wire attaches to the switch where the door opens and the other on the actual light swith....

Get some wet and dry sandpaper pleanty of hot soapy water 1000grit to start and work your way upto 1500 or even 2000 - the higher the grade the easier it will be to buff it back up. It all depends . . . If you have rubbed down to bare metal then make sure you use etch primer. It will protect the bare metal and prevent any rusting issues in the future. Well 11psi hot or cold(especially worrying) idle doesn't seem adequate to me, I would want 25+ ideally 35. What does the pressure read when under load and above 2000rpm? So I've got a nackered engine in other words?? now I thought 11psi when warm was ok? read in the bently manual that the pressure ...

if you have a trusted oil pressure gauge it sounds like the oil pump is on its way out but to make sure i would get a oil pressure test done at a local garage to make sure. if the light stays on after a 1000rpm i would be worried i had a bottom end die due to a dodgy oil pump Thanks for the reply b...

Gooner the car has a LSD on it anyway ....... and you STILL lost it, tut tut. winkeye Rust free, its a no brainer then mate. Good luck with whatever you do. I have had some interest to sell the car as it is, I know I wont get what I paid for it or how much I have invested in it, but at the moment I'm swaying towards selling it rather then repair it???
