I use a silverline pipe flaring kit, bought from toolstation, very easy to use.
Makes perfect flares every time.

I had the passenger door look pushed through and the glove box turned over, luckly there was nothing for the scum to take.
On another occasion, some low life scum nicked the is lip spoiler of my other car, which was sickening..

There is a auto in a breakers yard, on it's belly and I didn't want to be under it bruising my knuckles to get the diff out and find out its non lsd. :mad:

Chech the ICV is not getting stuck, clean it with wd40 and also check the connecting plug to it, failling this, theres a air leak somewhere.

The vanos adjusts the valve timing, theres no problems using a vanos engine.

The sensor goes in the passenger side brake duct, from the top, theres a locating place for it.

You can always check the low fuel light by shorting the fuel level sender connector with bit of wire with the ignition on! winkeye

Is the fluid reservoir holding the fluid or have you needed to top it up?

Facelift bumpers will go on a chromie, you will need the bumper dampers front and rear. Front bumper is easy to do, back bit more fiddly.

they should be specific ie 4 pot or 6pot touring . Cab . Saloon
as the quote, but they all fit, so 4 pot springs in a 6 pot will give more drop, winkeye

There is O ring between the 2 pipes which are bolted together, replace both O rings on both joints, it's very rare that these rings need replacing, i had a similar problem and i just replaced the O rings.

check the connecter between the door and the body, most likely a loose connection or a bad connection due to corrosion. also check the cl relay for any water damage.
