Re: Things to look out for on an E24?
Is it autos in general that should be avoided or just the 628 ones?

Re: Things to look out for on an E24?
sorry, I meant 628. Is it worth looking at the smaller engine or just a waste of time?

Things to look out for on an E24?
I'm considering buying a 635 (E24). Not the M635 as there's no way I could afford one of those.
What things should I be aware of/watch out for on these? Types, specs, rust...?
Are the 625's worth looking at?

Photo request
I have been scouring the web with very little success looking for good quality 3/4 aspect and rear photos of an E30 in standard shape. Preferably with as little reflection as possible - press photos are generally good. I am attempting to create an E30 version of dubmodder.com but am finding it hard ...

Re: My first post...
Brown looks sweet on an old-skool look. Not that particular shade though - my photoshop skills are a little lacking. I have gone and done a silly thing. I've been browsing the engine swaps/forced induction forums  Now I think FI is a bit beyond my budget - for the moment - but... I would love ...

Re: Bike carbs on an E30 - impressive.
What type of engine would be best suited to this sort of treatment? 4 or 6 pot?
And what sort of gains could you expect, not just figure wise, but in real world driving?

Re:
Old school styled cars rock IMHO. Not 100% set on the chrome, black might work better, but the bumpers have to be the small chrome/steel type

Re: My first post...
So from those comments then a 325 seems to be my best bet.
In regard to my vision... well I never claimed to be normal :p
If I can find some decent base pictures I'll post a small photoshop of my "vision"

Re: My first post...
lol :p that'll teach me to open my mouth
But, seriously, the touring doesn't go with my vision...
So what advantages are there to a 6 cylinder over the 318iS? and what differences are there between the 320 and 325 (apart from cc)?

My first post...
Hi all, I've been hanging around on here for the last couple of weeks, but this is my first post. Just to introduce myself a little, I live in Ireland and adore older/classic cars. My first project car (that I finished) is a 1989 Mini, stripped and rebuilt. I almost got into the VW world but the lad...
