I bounced a 325i cabrio off a lamp post, through a fence and into a tree at about 50 odd and walked away. You can get hub nuts off with a 1/2 inch breaker bar, wheel nuts should be no problem.

I have one of these knocking about somewhere. Can't remember what I paid for it now but they are quite a good wheel to drive with if you want something different to a tech 2.

Re: Mods, photography thread ?

I don't think it was. I think stickies have an expiration too on autoprune forum sections. I have noticed it with rules and stickies in the forsale that we woulldn't have taken down. The only thing that seems to beat autoprune are announcments and poll's (not sure why polls are different?) Shame as ...

I have the eibachs and from what I can remember, two of the positions on the eibach rear are the same as the H&R, but the third is a harder setting which is just a blank on the H&R which you could theoretically drill out (although you would be better buying the Eibach in the first place). I have Mte...

ABS problem

Right, quick question really. I had an ABS ring disintegrate on me and try to do an impression of something from Alien with the brake disc backing plate. Any way, now I have no ABS ring on the drivers front wheel, all the other 3 are working correctly (I am assuming!). Will this just throw up the AB...

I had a spare set of 15" BBS lying around a few years ago so couldn't be bothered with the agro of finding steelies so I run winters on those. They'll be going on soon as although they feel very soft and bouncy compared to summer tires, you really notice when the temp drops below 5 or 6 degrees C on...

The 318is is worth more in its original condition and engine. As the one you have is converted it I am not sure if its value would be the same and I have seen the good 318is go for £2k. Best bet is Ebay to expose the car to those who may want the conversion. I disagree. Something like this depends ...
