ECP stock these for £25. I know sometimes ECP source from the same suppliers as BMW but they also carry inferior stuff. Does anyone have any experience of the Lemforder item? Thanks..........

"Gearbox bracket"??
Hi Paul
Just been advised that I need to replace the "gearbox bracket" as it's corroded. I assumed this this was a bracket that connected the exhaust to the gearbox - but I cant see it on realOEM. do you know what it is and how much please? - '89 325 cabG324 NNU. Thanks, Steve

Ticking noise from the top end of 2.5 engine
Noticed an occasional faint ticking noise from the top end of my 2.5 engine back in October. Thought it was a tappet but it's got louder now - especially on start up. Sounds like a singular noise emanating from the top end rather than the bottom. Any ideas? - thanks

Bootlid keeps hitting my head - can you get recon'd struts?
Can you get reconditioned bootlid struts? - I'm looking for an economic fix assuming new OEM replacements are expensive and used struts of the same vintage would presumably have the same issue. thanks

Is the M3 known as E?? GMY on the zone?
Driving down the A41 from Aylesbury towards the M25 in the bright sunshine yesterday when this beast filled up my rear view mirror. Black M3 on an E (E?? GMY) plate with a roll cage and a number 31(I think). Does it belong to a zoner? - Pulled over just to admire it - not seen one of these on the ro...

front strut brace - good idea for a cab?
would a front strut brace be a good idea for a cab? - there's one on ebay right now. I'm thinking it might provide some additional rigidity to help with the scuttle shake - she does seem to flex a bit over the bumps - but it might make the independant suspension less independant Also the m-tec 15mm ...
