hey up i did what was said manually and the lights did go up and down but when i took it for mot they still said they were too low.but luckly they let it pass

thanks for your help i ceaned out icv and its loads better

any one know how to adjust the headlamp aim mine are too low and its got the switch on the dash to do it but they dont move checked fuse but non are gone is there a manual way of doing it,the nasty man at the mot station failed it on that and told me i got to sort it.
