i would just like to say, i love the E30 in my humble opinion its the nicest saloon car ever, obviously lamborghinis are something else!!!if i was blessed with £150,000 thats what i would have,,but i don't have much money so an E30 it is,,and the reason i am 'stuck' with automatics is i am disabled ...

Come on then fellas do your best, so what if its 40hp down from 171hp, is not the fuel saving worth considering? im sure a 6 branch+ scorpion+k&n+electric fan would help on the perfomance, speed isn't everything is it ????

The reason i bring this up, the 2.5 lump is not very economical, many zoners complain on the mpg factor, surely 40+ mpg is worth a thought????

Has any zoner who drives/likes driving automatics ever thought of fitting the engine/box out of a 525 ETA, rumour has it (its 2.7 litre by the way) that hp is still the same however 40+ mpg can be got with careful pedal control!!! anyone shed light on this???
