Auto engine in a manual car.

I know the engines are the same and I know flywheels to be changed over. Is there anything else you need to do to an automatic engine to put it into a manual car? How hard a job is it?

To mu knowledge its just the engine loom itself mate, unplug it in the engine bay and then drag out the ecu part. Get hold of your 329 loom and replace the engine / ecu loom it is actually really easy.

As for the diff think 320 or good for 325's but 318 I am unsure. Sorry buddy.

I think I will put an updated version on today, the boot liner is actually a load liner for a touring. Just cant get anyone to delivery it for me!

Asking advice, after welding patches / panels I have always used tiger seal in a tube seems to work very well. Recently seen brush on seam sealer, what do you guys use, and to what effect? How much id needed, how does it spread etc etc.

I will pass on your comments and see if I can get some better pictures, I think I have come round to the fact I like it, but wouldn't do it myself, your right the red and black scheme if what he is going for, and I think he is pulling it off.

Ok you know when one of your mates does something to thier car and no-one knows if they like it or not? Here is the mate in qustion, and he is a zoner wazpick. Im undecided I like the black and red contrast, but dont know if I like this, So anyones views? Got to admit it does look good in the metal....

This is a mint motor mate, makes me sure I made the right choice of buying a touring.

Get it featured, loving the light interior, the contrast of grey and black looks mint mate, one question:

Are you glad you have to touring, or would you rather have the coupe?

This is a great thread cannot wait to see it finished. Something I noticed and probably missed it, but id this thread two different cars? It started grey and now it's white, and the reg plate changed too. Im thinking its two different cars having the same job done and miss read it cause Im knackered...

The 325 auto rear diff different? I thought they would be the same.
