Re: Tech 2 Bumpers
Mods you are welcome to lock / delete this thread if you wish. A majority of the Tech 2 stuff is available via the dealer, spoke to Stuart at Cotswold on the phone and placed an order for some bits, although still plenty left to order. Door pods, however I don’t think are available but thankfully I ...

Additional Lip Spoiler
Hi guys, just waned to ask if anyone on here has added an additional lip to their fron M-Tech 2 bumper at all, if so what one? Reason for it is I don't want to lower the car any more and wouldn't want the actual bumper taking scrapes after fresh paintwork, Seen some nice E36 ones but was worried abo...

Re: Tech 2 Convertible Side Skirt Clips
Very much appreciate the reply mate. I will deffo tell the person doing the work to take all this into account. Do the clips plug directly into the drilled holes on the sill or are there plugs of some sort I need to buy??
Thanks!
Thanks!

Tech 2 Convertible Side Skirt Clips
Hi there, just about to put some Tech 2 side skirts onto a convertible, and was wondering if anyone had the item numbers to hand?? I really don't trust myself with Real OEM and I heard if you were to use Coupe clips with the skirts, they don't sit as evenly, so was specifically after the convertbile...

Has anyone else bought this kit off of hot tuning? Reason I ask is I bought a 40mm drop as a temporary set up to get me by, and recieved the shocks but then then A top bolt and collar was missing, the box was tattered with massive gashes and holes, and to top it off, they didn't send me no springs, ...

Hi guys, I think the Servo or Master Brake Cylinder is on its way out, when I press the brakes they don't seem to want to reset to their normal position, unless i tap the brake pedal up again and make them go off myself, so what do you reckon? Servo, Master Cylinder or both? How much would parts cos...

Re: E30 convertible hood, on a Calibra?
I believe the later models of E30 had electric hoods, and so my guess is that E36's probably either came with electric hoods as standard or possibly may have been an optional extra (which I think is unlikely), but then again when you've had so much custom work done to A car, it's probably A good thi...

Re: E30 convertible hood, on a Calibra?
Rear screen looks to small to be an E30 roof, but I might be wrong (haven't had my softtop out for A while due to hardtop, so can't remember) Also, the front windows curve too much to be E30 windows. The roof may be from A later model of BMW, i.e. E36/E46?

Suspension Change For My Convertible
Im going to change the suspension package on my car as im pretty sure the front end is giving up, tyres rubbing at certain angles etc which never use to happen, and I believe its A 60mm & 40mm Spax package for A pre-facelift which I currently have. I had A browse through the tech section, but couldn...

Re: Had a bit of a bump, need some help to decide what to do
I know you won't get the best colour match but cheapest and best option if you want to hold onto it is: Buy second hand lower half M-tech bumper, Wing and rear bumper, get them sprayed, and get a second hand valance for around £20-£30? and then just bolt them all on yourself, as for rad and oil cool...
