Hi , thanks for your help, I was thinking along the same lines but I'm not sure how to transfer the decal off the sheet, tweezers will be the order of the day I expect. I mentioned the OBC not meaning itself but the control stalk , I'm still blessed with clear symbols on the unit its self.

I'm currently testing the whole of the fuel delivery system so bear with me .It looks like the ICV is within tolerances so that may not be required .

Have you considered testing the Fuel pressure regulator , a simple test with a pressure gauge, fitted as close to the fuel line intake at the fuel rail, where with the engine running you should get a reading of 3 psi slighting increasing when you blip the throttle then return back to 3 when released...
