I have had the 3:64 diff on for the m20 motor I was running and never saw more than 137mph on gps readings. Now on an m30 motor with the same diff, I am getting the same readings. Although i'm getting there "slightly" quicker. So as I see it, the diff is the deciding factor in the over all speed of...

at last got the miller gen3 maf conversion on my m20 b27 happy to say its worked out well torque increase and better mpg,i can honestly say I'm glad i got the miller maf.

is there any mathematical way of calculating what rpm you will be doing at different speeds etc :D http://www.metricmechanic.com/ has information on differentials and gear and speed calculations, a bit to complex for me to understand,maybe someone whose maths is good would find this usefull.

i have a 327i and the open 4.45 diff an its quick on 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th, but you lose out on top end and can piss you off quite easy changing gears every second lol. 5th gear 60mph 3000 rpm imagine the rest...i think the more logical would be 3.64 lsd.

no its different, for 320i on the afm would be 083 and the 325i would be 082,if thats any help at all.

i've been having the same problems with cats for a year now, these cats are stuborn pests that's hard to get rid of,by the way i have a lemon tree next to where i park it doesnt work, maybe i should put glue on the roof and it will stick to it like sh*t a good example for other cats.

it sounds like your in home limp mode... only for safety reasons you should check all electrical lines to do with the gearbox ecu and anything related,for more expert advice ask brianmoooore.

my two bits, i used an 87 rs turbo electric fan if your familiar with the system it goes on the other side of the rad
in between the bumper and radiator you'll have to custom fit it, it's powerfull and does the job.

please double check there may be different versions but i think this is the ecu number
