e30 cossie conversion who does it and how much???

i want to put a cosworth 2litre turbo engine in a e30 cabby and i wanted to know how much work is envolved or is there anyone that does the conversion and how much???thanks

i am 17 i wnt a e30 i aint got a clue who will insure me and i was wondoring if any one can help me with getting decent qoutes and if any one can advise me what to purchase a 316i or 318is if ne1 can help please do thanks
