Not liking the beige idea! What colour is the one you have and what condition is it in?

Re: Help needed!

£70-£90 for a great condition one £30-£70 for good condition £0-£30 for crap is what I'd price them up at. Any more and the seller is taking the pish  Your not wrong there! It's funny, I spoke to the bloke again yesterday. Told him that price was too rich for my blood. Lo and behold, after 5mi...

Re: Help needed!

Oops! seems I was a bit slow there!

No he didn't say it was super rare, he said it was a specific carpet for the sport, all sport carpets are grey and if i didn't want it he'd put it online for £200!

I thought £160 was a but steep!

Help needed!

Hi All,

I'm looking for a grey carpet for my E30 325i Sport, just spoken to a guy who says he has one in good condition. He also said the carpet in a sport is different to a normal E30 (is this true?) and he wants £160 for it. Opinions please.

No con's get's my vote! Straight swap even better, I'd heard folks going on about having to balance the crank as well.

Anything else I should know before undertaking this type of mod?

Flywheel query?

I've seen a lightened and balanced flywheel for the M20 engine and I'm considering getting one and fitting it. Do I need to change anything else or is it as simple as a straight swap?

Also what are the pros and cons of a lightened and balanced flywheel?

Re: The Neverending Tyre Debate

Toyos are popular because they are cheap! The fact there wide available might have a factor too. I can find loads of prices for these (all pretty similar), but I can't find many for some of the other recommendations, none for Bridgestones. There again they wouldn't get that many votes if they were ...

Are Toyos really that good? In my comparison to the Falken ZE912s i now run they are. Are Toyos really that good? I'm tempted to try them from whats been said.
