The flame thrower thing wasn't as bad as what it looks. It didn't quite burn the would be thief to a cinder, but you could set the strength of flame to come out. There was a small peddle switch that was placed either next to or between the accelerator and brake pedal that you pressed if confronted. ...

I've had her since September '04 and only covered around a 1000 miles. She's in desperate need of a service now as the oil service light an...

Sticking rev counter
The rev counter has suddenly started to stick. Evertime I start the it either doesn't budge at all or the needle sticks at the 2000 rpm mark. It then eratically shoots arounds the rev counter and only once the car is warm will then calm down and work properly. Would this have anything to do wi...

 I'M GUTTED!!! The M-Tech 2 steering won't fit on! The back of the M-Tech 2 wheel has the attachment with the copper ring around it for the horn and the M-Tech 1 wheel is hollow inside with the attachment with the copper ring for the horn and therefore the wheel won't fit on at all. Is it just ...

Removing & replacing M-Tech 1 steering with M-Tech 2
Hi Guys I've just received my 'new' M-Tech 2 steering wheel that I bought off ebay. I removed the centre badge and managed to get the bolt off the steering column, but the bleeding thing won't come off. It loosens up at the bottom of the steering wheel but at the top is sitting as tight as ever. Is ...

'90 E30 325i - Aerial. Electric or not?
Hi Everyone
I have a '90 325i. When I bought the car, the aerial for the radio was bust off and I've never bothered to replace it up until now. Ca anyone tell me if that model had an electric aerial or was it a manual one and if so, where would I be able to get a new one?
Cheers

Those clusters tend to do that. I had the same problem once, and the fix is quite straightforward! Take the Cover that holds the bulbs off, blow the contacts off, and push firmly back into place, then screw home the securing screw. Chances are the indicator bulb will work, and something else won't!...

Left side indicator not working
Hey all I removed the cover from the light cluster in the boot yesterday afternoon to check the brake light bulb. When I used the car last night and signalled to turn left, the left side indicator on the dash starting flashing quickly, which normally means that the bulb is gone. I stopped the car an...

Paint / Body shop
Hi
Anyone know of a decent paint / body shop in the Richmond, Twickenham area that won't rip you off. I'm looking to have my 325i resprayed the same colour.
Cheers
