Re: Amazing Glaze anyone?

Its the crap like Permaguard etc.

Its for the lazy people who do not know or care about detailing IMO.

In order to keep the paint in tip top condition, you have to polish, glaze, seal and then wax.

I would say that you won't get as much as you think for the m3 engine. A lad whos on the BMWcar club forums(Dave) couldnt sell his engine for £1k. Saying that though, it takes the right buyer, I mean at the moment there are no m3's on autotrader bar one shitty black one and as for parts, they have...

Without giving much away, I paid 4grand less than the equivalent car at the dealer. Shows what you can do if you are prepared to travel. The car is really really good to drive, but not as 'chuckable' as the e30 m3... Dips, sorry mate, I was in the cinema and then at work when you called both times. ...

Yeah its the smg model.

Its mint and comes with every toy imaginable.

I drove to manchester to pick it up and paid a lot less than I should have done.

It even has a BMW Warranty still going on it, so its all good.

There isn't a bowden cable in the hood mechanism... Could be a duff microswitch, check the switch on the passenger side. Look under the rear deck, where the hood stows away on the passenger side. There is a microswitch fixed to the base of the frame mechanism. If this has been dis-lodged or broken ...

Hello mate, The handling of the cabby was pretty top notch, but probably not as good as the hardtop version. I was pretty surprised how the m3 handled compared to today's new breed of sports cars, both in straight lines and in the twisties and it is still up there with the best of them. The vw forum...
