m50 iron block, m52 2.8 alloy, m50 is stronger for the turbo set up , m52 accepts m3 internals

car ran great all day was about 25-8 deg all day, for a motor with 320,000 on the clock and never been rebuilt, just well mantained i guess few other cars dropped bearings due to long sweeping corners and blew pistons, only bmw there, other euro was opel calibra video of q/mile and go to whoa coming...

I am the completeopposite than you guys. I run STREET tyres on track with MORE pressure. Street rubber is not meant to run at high temperatures as seen on tracks. not much of a visible deterrant tho....... wat do you mean by that , alarm stickers are just added weight to me if thats wat u mean That would stop it going yeh, and is a good idea, but they would still do all that damage before they found that out i agree, but you cant fix a car you dont have anym...

nice wheels! and colour, cirrusblau is it? remove the M badge, reposition the rear license plate and its the perfect tech1 more door. :D thanks yeah gotta fix that plate , may not be a genuine m but pretty close to it except extra door or 2 im gona leave it there winkeye the colour is mettalic cosm...

i have the same problem mate , exactly how u described it, my car is a pre fl 325i its been like that for the last 10,000ks the grumbling noise anyway but only recently the knocking noise has started wen i come to a complete stop u can here it coming from just infront of the gear shift lever underne...
