Trouble is if something catches fire you can put it out

No point messing about with the tracking, you gotta get a full geo check to see whats wrong!
My mates e30 was 1degree different left to right we fond the chassis legs and crossmember had to be re-aligned on a body jig (His car used to self steer when a bump in the road was gone over) :eek:

GSF sent the correct throtle cable today with no drama's
I've got to get refunds from Fairfeilds and Euro parts. I started to think no one made cables for the m10's any more! :eek:

Check your charge rate you should get up to 14 volts at the battery engine at a fast tick over

Mine are these dead easy to fit even in a pre facelift awsom lights but slightly unreliable make sure their actualy on!
but a quick on -off -on and they work fine

Thought I'd join in My 318i M10 does about 30mpg useing it to go to work(about 5 miles)so it never realy warms up, when I went to the Pod it returned 38.8 and that was with us stuck in an awfull traffic mess on the way home :D I use this to calculate: http://www.torquecars.com/tools/uk-mpg-calculato...

As petrol ages it goes off, and then turns into tar.
it can block up the pipe work and the injectors
thats probably whats happened to yours engines wont run properly on stale petrol :(

sounds like a nice sensible car to start with but Leave the engine alone but sort out all the rest first ,othrwise you end up going too fast for the car :eek:

The parking light feature is a result of now redundant regulations. You could always park without lights in a 'built up area',ie one with streetlighting,but only if the speed limit was 30mph,in a 40 zone you were required to show lights.At one time you could buy a light to hang from the top of the ...

You might have a slight reduction in voltage to the balast ,mine sometimes dont light unless the engine is running I am going to wire up a relay near the head light to get a better feed to it
thinking is that the 21 year old wing may have a resistance to it :idea:

I got hids in my pre face lift their the nuts and I aint got lihght adjusters
but the bloke with the side lights has had me over
he got the money but no lights for me :cry:

put a mark on the wheel and the spline so you can put it back in the right position,as you need to release the steering lock :)

Tyres ,lights, rust ,and windscreen probably most common fails suspension parts can be worn but must not be dangerous! movement should be "exessive"to fail rust shuold fail if near a load bearing point like the seat belt mount or suspension( imagine an area like a football shape around each part )if...
