Sold my old touring on 225,000, then it turned up a year later on pistonheads. Was tempted to email the seller just to find out how many miles it had done

auto conversion

Hello all

What would be the cost of converting a 325 auto to a manual, all parts included in the cost?

Anyone in the Wiltshire area recommended to do the job?

This is just a thought at the mo.

Thanks

Bristol crim's

Just a heads up, my little bro's e30 cabby was broken into last night, quarter window smashed and the scumbags tried to steal it but only got as far a breaking the steering lock, snapping both indicator and light storks and cutting a number of wires in an attempt to hot wire it, thankfully they were...

what would damage an ecu?

I'm off to look at a 325i. The guy selling it said he got the car as a result of a dead ecu. He does Auto Electrics & Diagnostics for a living and so fixed it. The car looks clean etc and mechanics wise I know what I'm looking for, just have no idea about electrics. Any ideas? pointers? sorry if thi...

hotting up

My 325 touring temperature gauge has recently started to creep up over the half way point when in traffic up to about three quarters. It seems fine on open roads. Is it time for a new radiator (the existing one looks very tired)or is it some other problem? I've flushed the system and the original wa...

Realise the hood is an area to look out for but any other areas prone to leaks, or troubles? I Currently have a 325 touring s...

gearbox replacement

I need to change the gearbox on my 1990 325 touring, seen a
325i Sports mtec1 1987 box for sale on the zone.

Are the boxes interchangeable? any fitting problems etc or is it simply a straight swap?

Thanks
