Re: My new toy 318iS
My old car! So glad to see it's still looking great. I often wonder where it ended up. Still my favourite car I've owned.

Very nice mate. I was contemplating some of those when I had my IS but went for the Lensos in the end. You may find it difficult to source BMW badges to fit the centres as they probably need to be about 50mm in diameter. There are some on eBay but most of them look pretty poor. I made some badges by...

Re: New car advice needed
I'm 26. Well after a lot of thinking I'd set my heart on a 2003 Focus RS. I think they are fantastic and the insurance isn't too bad. I went to this place today just to have a look at some "in the flesh" so to speak: www.jct28.co.uk I have a slight dilemma now. After I got back home I just did a che...

New car advice needed
I am thinking of replacing the 318is with something a little newer. After a moment of madness this weekend where I considered an Alfa Romeo  I have decided it will probably be something from the BMW stable again. On the way back from an Alfa "specialist" I spotted an E39 525d Avus Sport edition...

They are awesome looking rims. I've always liked that style!
I think they'd pretty much suit any E30, be it an early chromie or late tech 2. Providing whatever they go on was slammed!

Looking great Alex. I like the Tech 1 spoiler. That's a very tidy motor! I'd recommend getting it waxoyled. Thanks for the replies guys. While I was out earlier my colleague removed and replaced the coolant temp sensor and took it for a run round. He seems to think it's cured the problem so I'll take it home tonight and let you know how I get on.

Engine problems help needed!
Hi guys I am typing this from the office where I work. Just managed to limp my iS here. The car started experiencing a funny "Turbo lag" type sensation when driving on the motorway this morning (hesitating and "kangarooing" when under acceleration). As I turned off the motorway and began driving slo...

Re: 16" BBS Replicas from e bay?
I never weighed them but they were actually fairly light with the tyres fitted. Qaulity seemed good but without taking the car out on the road hard to say really. The 4 extra mounting holes was one of the things I wasnt keen on also although they were the ideal offset for an E30 they just didnt loo...

Cheers mate. They are a bit bling alright. How did the car drive with the 16's on it? I never drove it with them on as I got Alpinas instead but I sold them to a guy on here called MattM,maybe PM him for an opinion? Yep I bought mine off Tony (eko). They look great. Car drives fine with them on (al...

Chrome M3 mirrors
Neons
3 spokes
Lots of airbrushing
Limo black tints
I'll get my coat...
.. seriously though, I think some high quality coilovers, 16" split rim Hartges and zero rust and I'd be happy!
