not really, once warm it sits around 900-1000rpm and is quite smooth!

this problem resolves itself once the engine is warmed up...would it behave like this if it was a hole?

I'd have thought that the idle would hunt around if it was the icv? It doesn't do that at all.

Lumpy idle problem until warm...
I have a 1990 316i...when the car is started from cold in the morning it kicks in and then the revs fall to around 500rpm and it cuts out. I can stop it from cutting out by keeping the revs up for a minute or so (it sounds and feels lumpy whilst doing this) and once the engine is warmed up the idle ...

It's a 2 door and it's just the side's of the car, not the front and back.

Guys can someone please post some detailed instructions possibly with pictures detailing how to remove the black dechrome trim from a friends e30 without damaging it! Thanks in advance for any help given.

Thanks alot guys. I ended up using a service on ebay. Any four alloy wheels with tyres up to 100kg in weight for £25!!! Delivered anywhere in the UK within 24hours. Not bad at all.

...wrapped with a 205/55/15 tyre? (Standard cross spoke BBS with alloy center cap). If you happen to know roughly it would help me alot! The courier wants to know, thanks
