steel wheel specs ???

looking into getting a set of 14'' steelies banded, need to work out the widths i wanna go for etc so does anyone know the specs of an e30 14'' steel wheel ?

width ?
offset ?

im having trouble fitting mine, i've got one in (i pushed it up with a jack) but the second one is about a 3rd-1/2 way in and its just bending rather than being pushed up grrrrrrr, are you sposed to push them both in at the same time or something ???

diff codes/identification ????

i know all the diff's have a tag with some numbers so you can identify what they are but how do i tell a small case from a medium case diff ?

basically im after a med case 4.10 diff so how do i know thats exactly what im getting if/when im offered one ???

how do these work ? seat frames

found these seat frame things for e30's and e36's but for the life of me i cant figure out how they work :confused:, are they suited for side mount or base mount seats ? do they fit side to side in the car or front to back ? im thinking maybe these fit do the floor (well i know the fit to the floor)...

well whatever that relay was for was the problem cos its now fine i've cleaned it :D

haha just cleaned up all the conections on the relay plugged it back in and now it runs fine lol, and theres me been stamping my feet getting all depressed ready to pack it all in and all it was was a knackered relay lol :o: :D

the relay thats knackerd is this one (the closest one in pic) but its 5 pin but i do have m52 so maybe different for my engine etc, is this the fuel pump relay ???

fuel pump relay ????

my car died yesterday and im sure its fuel related, but someone else said it could be a wiring issue, anyway i just went to see if the car would start, switched it on and a relay started clicking away like mental so obviously broken so what i want to know is, is the fuel pump relay here behind this ...

need to do an oil change in the week, dont have a manual or nuffin or nuffan, how much oil do I need for an 2.8 M52 ??? it has an e34 sump if that makes any difference (i presume 525i), after a quick read it also looks like i might need a special socket to undo the oil filter, is this the case or ca...

Thanks Robbs for the link, Basicly it looks like i just have to split the inner and outer arch, fold out, weld, seal and skim with filler ... :? yep, futting add on arches would also require pretty much as much work as you'd need to cut and weld the arches for clearance before you put on the arches...

the cars half way through being built so i dont think he cared to much about the tyres being on the correct rotation, wheels were fitted so it could roll about.

is it possible to wire high beam to main beam light ???

i want to remove one of the high beam lights to make an air intake and was wondering if it was possible to rewire the highbeam into the main beam light (and obviously still have both functioning), if it is possible i also have halo's so does this make it anymore difficult ???

hmmmm i've just ordered some spax shocks hope they hold up to the abuse im gonna give em, didn't order from demon tweeks though, bought from venom motorsport as they're about £100 cheaper.

they cost my mate around £600 all in including taxes, the wheels and delivery are £547 then was about £60 customs fee's.

ok cool thanks

before i order i just want to know cos they list different kits for 320i and 325i, as my car has had a rear disc brake conversion using 325i trailing arms, will i now have 325i suspension ??? sorry maybe obvious but cos i didn't fit it i dont know.
