Great looking car, what kind of exhaust are you running?
Too bad about the dear, hope you get it fixed soon!

Re: Pre face lift 325i exhaust??
Danthe --> did you get the STW version? I am also very tempted by the STW scorpion for my chromie cab. Is the length of the tailpipes the same for Le Mans and STW? I contacted Scorpion and they can make a backbox with STW tips, but I will have to wait until they make a new batch of e30 exhausts... O...

Lowering chromie cab
I would like to lower my '86 325i cab slightly. Thinking about -35mm, but what brand. I certainly don't want it to be to low, just a bit lower to even out the wheel arches! Anyone has pics to illustrate? Something like this looks good, maybe even too low. It is -35mm KW. http://www.mijnalbum.nl/Grot...

This is truly epic! Congratulations!
I have a similar cab, also fully original 325i.
Is it on mtech springs?
Looks beautiful!

Mileage is getting high, values are going up for good ones (here in Belgium anyway).

318ti vs 320i
I might be looking to replace my E30 318is with some E36 wrongness :o: . Don't really like the E36 styling, even if the coupe is a little nicer than the compact. Because of tax/insurance here in Belgium, i'll stick with a 2 litre engine... Is the M52B20 nice? How about fuel economy. Might be tempted...

My 1990 318iS
Finally presenting my iS, it's mine since 2.5 years after being owned by a german countess and an older belgian woman. I have changed quite alot on this car since I have it, aside from the regular maintenance of a 20 year old car. It now has: - KW -35 spring with B8 Bilsteins - E36 rack - Z3 1.8 sho...

Re:
Been scrolling trough VDO's sender catalogue, nothing available for 170°C scale.
So a regular 150°C won't give an accurate measure?
It would be really handy if it is M12 x 1.5 so it can replace the sump plug...

Few more questions regarding the install of these audi gauges. From what I've read, the best option for temperature is an E30 M3 temp sensor in place of the sump plug. Then the pressure sensor: why can't the stock pressure sensor from the M42 be used? I read that there is another "hole" in that area...

m42 timing chain noise
I've just changed the entire timing chain system on my 318is including sprockets, chain, guides, gaskets.... The engine runs fine, but i can hear a slight rubbing noise. Could it just be the new chain and guieds making some noise or should i suspect something else. I have driven the car for 5km and ...

318i Exhaust
Hey Guys, I own a '90 318i, it is running great after having a new camshaft installed. I have an exhaust question tough, there don't seem to be a lot of aftermarket exhaust available (Sebring, Supersprint...) but these are expensive and I don't really like how they look. What I would like is the sta...

Hey Bjorn, A buddy of mine just bought your car a few weeks back, he's very happy with it! A question tough: there is a rattling sound coming from the rear left wheel or suspension when you drive over a bump...any idea what it could be? Nice cab you have there! Maybe we should try to organise an e30...

Hey Borut, First of all, great looking car, they don't come this clean often these days. I've got a question about your exhaust. Did you modify it? Cause I tought a 325 exhaust has 2 "in" pipes whereas a 318is has only 1. Also congrats on your wheels they look great. Keep the pics coming, Cheers, Max
