Is it worth it???

Hi Been looking over my F reg 325i sport very closely today ready to start the restore. However after stripping interior and boot out, i've found that both the rear inner wings are shot, especially the off-side. I stuck my finger through it!!! What would be the best way to repair? Is it a real pain?...

Well if it helps ease the pain, I rescued a sport recently from a chav! Luckily he hadn't installed too much bling blong!
