These have been about a while, had them on an e34 2-3 years ago, yeah ebays the place to go and once you get your set they can be any colour you like, 4 plastic angel light moulds and 8 LEDs, Ebay only do blue and white but ... you could have red angels for your red e30 if you replace the LEDs

I think i'm at a limit with the light grade, seem's to be bright enough still. Touch wood no pull's as yet after a year, altho a copper who know's his stuff would probably have something to say, that where reflectors would help in the blaggin 8O http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s109/J_MacE30/PICT0...

But they don't last 12 months, i'd be happy if they did! roughly 2 inches on the inner of the tyre and about 2 months and i'm down to steel, see it's very much my daily driver.

So camber or toe adjustment, which is best?

Re: rear wheel bearing

Yes it's a pain but with money in mind i did mine for the cost of a bearing only, about a tenner from GFS, i used a 32mm socket for my hub nut (drum) could be 30mm but at that size they don't really slip. I started to think i could get the bearing out on the car ..... answer is no, a bashed thumb an...

Ok it was here, touching so lightly but making such a horrid noise, in the last pic the back edge is so sharp, like a knife edge, is it suppose to be rounded like the other edge on it http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s109/J_MacE30/Image001.jpg http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s109/J_MacE30/Image...

Re: wheel bearing about to explode!

am I correct in assuming it's my wheel bearing making a squealing noise when I go round a corner? but only sometimes and not a large noise but just a small squeal.. stops when I straighten the wheels up. More a constant sound, a drone that get louder and louder, no real getting away from it, corner...

The hub of a drum brake, keep bashing it from different angles it wiggles off eventually, the bearing is a bitch tho, i smashed fook out of it while under the car for hours,, nothing. Took the trailing arm off, layed it over, a 32mm socket and a sledge later and it was out
