To be fair, any m cars big bucks to fix. you've just got to do your homwork properly, these are 20 year old + now nd all gunna have issues to a deegree. it will come down to how much you can beat the price down to i guess....

have got european cover back to the door! Poked around on Northloop as well, lots of info there! May even hire a car to spank around

I would guess any insurer who is offering third party liability cover as well as vehicle cover for the ring will stiff you with a colossal excess. i've heard you can buy track cover once there on the ring itself, has anyone donr this or know the cost? i can insure the 'car only' for 70 quid a day which seems reasonable
