i managed to get the blokes number - lives in scotland if i remember right. his dad always answers nd mike's usually 'busy at work'!

m-dtech you owe me Ã‚£40 after not supplying me with the part u said u would. its been ages nd ure really pissin me off!

Apparently there have been problems with him before so save yourselves the trouble and dont deal with him.

gotta agree spadge bails me out of trouble on a fairly regular basis!

cheers for the prop and downpipe! what currior did you use for the downpipe?! it was rapid!

ive got 17" alpina reps on mine - nothing goes better with the mtech II kit!!

get the reps then just buy some alpina centre caps - no-one would know the difference!

got mine about 3 weeks ago- came in about 2 days! rrrrrrrrrrrapid like my beema!

have just bought a downpipe but having doubts whether its the right one! the pics below are of my old downpipe - m40 which is on the right and supposidly the 318is downpipe on the left. they look a little too similar to me! the other picture shows Spadge's downpipe which had just been taken off a 31...

problem nearly solved! bought one of m-dtech 2 weeks ago...where is it?!!?

ive got a powerflow on mine and its sweeet! brand new - sounds well raspy!

my 318is engine has the cluch attatched, so will the 316i gearbox fit onto that clutch? i dont really want to use a clutch thats done 160,000 miles, so would prefer to use the 318is' one.

yeh thats what im gonna do - gonna get a iS prop so i can fit the gearbox and get that sorted then fit the exhaust back on to see how it fits.. or doesnt fit as the matter may be! ive got a powerflow system on it so i'l get powerflow to giv me a hand!

its a 316i m40 and the gearbox doesnt fit onto the iS engine, which is y ive bought an iS box for it. the prop should fit on no?

I'm filling a 318iS into my 316. engines in gearbox is about to go on but the 316 prop doesnt fit onto the 318iS gearbox. if i get a 318is prop will it fit onto my car and the gearbox all hanky panky?? ...or not

i've bought the engine separately to put in my 316 which is why i didnt have a manifold for it!

Just wondering if any1s put a stainless steal manifold on their E30 - ive just bought one for my 318iS - looks good eeh!

im putting a 318is into my 316i at the moment and the front section of my 316 exhaust doesnt fit on. would i be right in thinking that if i got a 318is downpipe, it would link the manifold to the single exhaust pipe? i think it would be close! my 316 is a custom powerflow system btw.

2.5s r a mission 2 fit! im planting a 1.8iS in my 316 atm.. its a bit of a mission also as exhaust and prop dont fit! but i'm gettin there! couldnt live with the cheesegrater 1.6!

ive got the iS manifold so i need to know how to join my powerflow system onto it. the powerflow system was made to fit the 316! both manifolds are 4-2 so its just a matter of length i think. i think the iS manifold is further back so i'l need to cut my exhaust back.

Ive taken the old 316i m40 engine out and will be putting the 318is m42 engine in any day now- does anyone know how to get the exhaust to fit onto the new manifold as i doubt it will slide on perfectly! do i need a downpipe to connect it or what?!
If anyone knows please let me know!
