Very good for mods and you get to talk to a human in England very quickly !!! I have been with them for five years and had my only claim dealt with very efficiently and fairly. They may be a little more expensive than some but their service is first class. Thats everything I wanted to hear :)

My insurance with MCE ends 10th Jan, and although I probably wont have a replacement E30 by then, I was wondering if there was an specialist insurers I should try for when I do? Re: M30 conversion, what's needed??

Suppose the extra torque from the M30 over the M40 I currently have will make a difference. I'll probably run it with the 4.27 for the time being, as I have it here, and keep the 4.1 thats in it as spare incase the 4.27 does decide to go south. Then think about getting a 3.64. check the obvious stuff first, like the thermostat is opening (open rad cap when cold, start engine andwait for it to warm up, if the 'stat opens you'll see the coolant flowing thru the rad) check for oil in water or water in oil. Wide-wheels are pretty pricey though tbh £300 for a set of15's, and you have to supply the wheels. So talking closer to £350, which is only £100 off a set of new Rota's which will be a shite sight lighter. There's places abroad (Holland, Germany) that are better VFM, its just a case of trackin...

It looks even better with the matt'd 9J Borbets :) Satin black when done properly looks mint, I love it. If Munky didn't already have a matt/satin tourer, I'd have done mine already, but having 2 e30 tourers at TDSW the "same" colour would be a bit gay. Harlequin is the matt back for 2008 ;) You hea...
