E30 Zone

Could be sllight play in ball joints, and any wear on inner front tyres is a dead givaway.... Id say" It's definately the tracking!" I had this problem recently after changing TCA's, drive like it was on ice! Be worth getting it checked! Save your tyres...

Ok guys, I'm not daft!! I know what the kick down is!! It's not that, it's when your flooring it to high heaven, got to about a ton then it happens.... Like its in neutral.....any thoughts??

No Problems in heavy traffic mind, no other problems to report. The fluid is as clean as a new bottle should be, no problems with the fluid, it's at normal, no smell or grit!!! ....it only seemed to do it when it's floored and feels like its jumped into 1st gear or something? What now???

Only other thing I could suggest is the wiring to the battery, checking all connections thoroughly and checking starter motor wiring for corrosion, I had this problem on an older e30 with an immobiliser fault, took ages to track the problem but it would turn over, although yours does, trace the batt...

its a 2.0 ltr....just checked.....says"20 6k"....... so, wihout turbo'ing......how do we get a bit more performance then???? mind you, it pulls like a train already, how close are the 2.0 ltr's compared to the 2.5's then....in performance that is??? much??
