Hi, i've just purchased an engine (Mtec I) which seems to have oily spark plugs.
Any idea what this means as spark plugs tend to indicate the condition of the engine.

E36 M3 over an E30 M3 if I had to buy one. The E36 has that extra amount of power & is that much cheaper than an E30. Imagine, Estoril Blue!!!
£4k should get you a reasonable M3. Maybe a little shagged but £7-£8k will be the price of M3's that are pretty much MINT (E36).

What about the Anti-Roll bars (H&R). They should make a good combination. Should i consider them as well or just change the standard antil roll bar bushes on the BM?
