i have a dvd to and is in place for the stereo (normal place) i then got a flip out moniter basicly the same size as a normal stereo and fitted it where the center heaters are, took abit of building up at the edges because the heaters are alot wider. just a idea to put in the pot

yes it's a timing chain, on the cam's are 2 arrows opposite each other and on the crankshaft is 6 holes altho 5 are drilled through and the 6th ond is is just a indent, like half drilled. i gather that the arrows on the cam's line up with each other and are inline with the head but can't find any th...

i've recently replaced a cyclinder head on a M50 engine, does anybody know what the timing chain marks are, to set them to default

I wouldn't have thought there would be a plug for you to just plug in and play. like GDBN said use the exsisting wiring from the ashtray light and just splice into it, that way your gearknob will only light up when you turn your lights on

For the battery going dead you could have a push switch behind a panel that flex's a little (idea from the gto in triple x, the movie) and would look pretty good to open your door in that way but you'd be fcuked in the security department after everybody know's it's there, so nobody can know, would ...

An E34 525i M50, 274,000ish miles, she'll make it to 300K i'm sure and a E30 320i M20 with 147,000 just a baby in retrospect. BMW = workhorse's, i love every nut & bolt

And even then you wouldn't be able to have the extra bonnet clip (the latch after you've popped the bonnet) i was thinking the simple 4 bonnet pins and lift the whole bonnet off, a pain in the arse for breakdown ect, or the bit more complex on rail's, so once popped open the whole bonnet slides forw...

That cars not mine, so not a clue how it works but by the look of it, he's used the original bootlifting arms, just made up a different bracket to bolt them to. Not sure about the 200 - 220 motorway or no motorway, it should be less MPG no motorway for obvious reasons, stopping/starting ect. Hi All, i've adjusted my 320i m20 engine rockers to the spec (0.25mm wen cold) but there's still quite a loud fast tapping, also the cam seems ok no beddin in(there not lipped) Fuel Injector change< can they really make a big difference, and would i have to replace the lot or is there a way of clean...
