Could be the h/g but sounds more like a circulation problem to me atm, did you flush it all through & check the rad was clear?

so whats the poiint in the carbon purge kit? what does it achieve? From what I can gather it's a pretend nitrous setup, so you can look cool & pretend to purge your nos f&f stylee so whats the point in a pretend nitrous setup if he has a nitrous kit fitted? The water pipes will expand & harden up a certain amount when the engine is running, is it blowing coolant out the header tank cap?

I used to get about 25-29 on the M10 with a brand new Weber I had years ago, was never as good on fuel as the pierburg or whatever it was that came off!

If you decide to break it yourself I'm after the seats if the bolsters aren't too ripped/squashed.........and maybe the screen if it's a top tint.

Welding cast is very specialised, as amongst other things the part being welded has to be heated to pretty much an exact temp, so the block would need stripping bare to begin with & it will always be a weak spot as cast is very brittle & welding makes it even more so, probably easier to look for an...
