rear of sunroof sitting proud

Hey all i bought this http://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=236714 As you can see on photo 1 the sunroof is sat up and not 100% sealed. The motor has failed (although i can still hear it) so need to somehow manually get it to sit flush and seal. Any help would be greatly ap...

It was all in jest mate 20k to make an M3 mint, to a good spec will cost much more than 20k i have an m3 and to make mint would cost one hell of a lot less than 20k. but its all down to taste myself i wouldnt have aftermerket wheels and funky interior or even the smoked rear lights, but hey, each t...

It only replaces the air filter. But it is a good air filter. If you want a proper C/F airbox, buy a real engine :? :? :? :? :? :? :? :? :? im quite sure he has a real engine in there. and as he says he aint got a fortune to spend. not everyone can look at your old mans m3 then decide that they are...

not sure what the crack is with tinted rear lights but on the isle of man you can have black and silver plates on a car that was made before march 1990. mines actually april 1990 but they`ve never checked :D

ok guys, so roughly 10,000 newton metres give or take going to the brake pads when you stamp on the pedal yes? So you're telling me that a 15-20 year old rubber brake hose, exposed to the elements right by the wheel, does not bulge or crack under roughly 150'000 miles worth of braking? And forgetti...

no noticable difference, if i was you i would just wait till they need doing then do em. the major plus side is that you wouldnt need to replace them again for a very very long time

tbh it costs me a lot more due to having to get on the ferry to the uk. so think i may be limited to just one trip a year. but will probably be thinking differently by the time i get back in june :D thanks for the comments too ben. tbh i knew it was gonna cost a fortune to own and run one :mad: but ...

if the police clock me doing more than 5omph then get points on license. its the same for every one here on the island in there first year of driving.

i m quite fortunate over here due to the lack of speed limits but because im still on my "R" plates i cant use the tt mountain road to its full potential. but as said earlier tey are coming off next month winkeye

Nice motor any plans for it? ( maxfield ) there is a few of us heading to the ring in june so its just a case of giving her another big service before we go. also need to sort repeaters but think im gonna delete them all together. in the middle of reconditioning a set of 17" split rims at the moment...

the r plate is because i have only been driving 11 months will be coming off in may then the police wont keep such a close eye on me winkeye

one thing to remember is not to lose sight of the usual problems. if you go in looking for m3 issues you may miss a couple of problems that e30s suffer with any way. as for m3 the engine should be fine, they all a bit noisey but if its excessive you should get it looked at. it may if its not too lou...

im 23 and my m3 is my second car after owning a (cough) 306 td for 3 months after passing my test. i pay 1300 which i think is fair. i live on the isle of man so theft isnt an issue :D
