basically wondering if a set of VW fit mims that will fit on a 320, but not a 325, will they fit my iS?!?!?!?

my iS is approaching 180k and the service light just cum on, am realtively new to bmw's so wats the score??

is this a routine service interval, or is something up?? she runs good, no complaints from me.

i no its on a ford but, in an old fast ford mag a couple of years back, they featured a rolling road, where various modifications were tryed out on a 90spec escort xr3i. they actually found that drilling the airbox gave somthin like 3 bhp more than any of the aftermarket filters such as k&n, green e...

driving my 318is, and like a gay not above 3k heading back to my girls with a dvd, drove past em they turned round n busted me on the next straight. ive got dubmiester D banded ones, with the stadt sticks between letters like so... H111:ABC said they didnt comply with any of the regs!!! in my expier...

as above im with tesco, am 21 and its 600 odd for the year fully comp.

great car to drive, comfortable and reliable. fuel economys good.

bought mine for 900, cost me 1500 in total on the road, love it!!!!

absolutley different class to your previous motors! :D

i fitted a scorpian dtm stylee stainless effort from a 325 on mine.

sounds sweet and fitted fine! no noticeable difference in performance tho.

well i do quite a bit of drifting for show purposes and i have just blew a diff i replaced it straight away and all is good but people keep sayin get the diff welded and i just wanted to know why thanks guys if u drift then a welder is ur best friend, i know many guys, couple are competing in eurod...

ive got the smoked ones off ebay done by some german bloke, theyre baked and the finish is amazing.

although, my Is is diamondshwartz and i think theyre too dark for her so im gona do my spares myself.

as above with care and attention its easy to ake a nice job. :)

welded diffs are the bomb if ur after the following: - massive, easily achievable sideways - good predictability when sideways - the cool scuffing noise made by the tyres when ur running one. what exactly are u wantin from it? i do em a lot for sierras etc for guys on www.trampdrift.com basically u ...

i decided to take a different approach, and drilled a very small hole at the lowest point of either rear tub in the boot.

lol a bit pikey but i dont have a swimming pool either side of my boot anymore :)

yeah am on the nutz lol.

i think theyre 60mm springs, came with car n i fitted em to RAISE it!! from where it was!!

need to get my bigger wheels on and less of a drop if i wanna drive the thing!! :mad:

finallly got her moted, sorted the dodgy steering and got a total of 2 full days of motoring before .....

u should try GAZ, very competitive and excellent quality. ive used em for custom stuff on couple of our cars and they are top notch!! also have made our own coilys using kits from rallydesign etc... but u do need to work with them a lot to get the right spring rate, and without rate adjustment there...
