Fuel these days isn't as good as it used to be, I heard/read things like it varnishing and losing Octane in as little as a few weeks, 8O some guys notice the difference in between Mapping ! Exactly right regards the E21 335i. As for the SA E30 333i and 325iS, no they are not Alpina cars, they were designed by BMW SA with the help of Alpina and BMW Motorsport. Only time i have used poly is on fatter ARB bushes when they are oversized and can't be bought..

if your car has a sunroof the rear of the cassette drains to these vents just check the pipes are firmly in place !BROOMY wrote:It must be something else, these have never been removed.
