Re: help with wheels
it is possible to go withother offsets, eg. like an offset of 35 but you will need 10mm spacers to pull the wheel away from the brakes and to stop them rubbing on the suspension, you will also need longer wheel bolts,
anyway that is how my team dynamics "Osaka"s are fitted and without any probs

Re: Wiring up an amplifier?
Sorry but i dont think that the lead will go down the passenger side if its 2.5m long you might have to buy some more from an audio shop they do it by the meter, if you use your imagination and pretend to run some string along roughly where the lead goes and add a foot or 2 then you will know how mu...

Re: Wiring up an amplifier?
If you take your glove box and assembly out there is a gromit around there somwhere which i think is easier than trying to go thru the drivers side, if you have to cut the gromit put a small x in it with a stanly blade just big enough for the power cable to go thru and when the cable is secured with...

I am undecided whether to go with some 15" deepdish wheels or somthing like 16 or 17" alpinas (poss replica), what do you think would suit a black tech1
Or if there is any other styles please show me and post pics on this thread

Just a quick air intake question
Does any one know how big (in inches) the diameter of the air intake is on a 320i pre 1987 (the bit where you would attach a k&n) as i have just stumbled across a k&n at work (4 inch diameter) and the 320 is at home so i cant measure
Thanks
Thanks

Re: 17x8 et40, what spacers?
you might want to change the tyres to 215 40 17 or 205 45 17 as 205 40 17 are the wrong size for an E30

Re: Tyres.... can you help
Another good Tyre which i highly recommend as i have had 2 sets in nearly 3 years is the "Vredestien Sportrac" in 215 40 17 very sticky in the wet and dry, or the Avon ZZ3, very good in the dry but not so much in the wet, but you cant go wrong with the sportrac and they wont cost a bomb
