They are the old lights/ non elipsoid ones.

Where is the headlamp adjuster?

I noticed it after i changed bulbs, but putting the old one back in, it is still the same.

Put some new bulbs in my car, and i notice the beam is like the pic below. There is a 'dead patch' one one of them. I switched bulbs, and its exactely the same. Also with no secondary bulb in both sides, one side is sweet, the other isn't. Is the lamp unit cracked or something? Thanks in advance. ht...

Is it easy / safe to take off the rocker cover?

I have read in 'the dog and lemmon guide' that they arent very good. you are 5 times more likely to die in an e30 crash than a 5 series.
