tyres i would go for.
Yoko Parada Spec 2's - on the track slag and great in all conditions.
Bridgestone Protenza's - again another great tyre.

not my own experience but mate with a track prepped E30 M3, toyo Proxy R888's and he rates them very very highly even in the wet.

chap on another forums thats done a lot of retrims and such, but not sure how much a full retrim would cost on an e30, but his email is sales@bespokeleathering.com always worth asking.

He is based around the Birmingham Area.

Re: Chipping 318 IS

Just recently got my iS chipped and i think its great, pulls so much better in all gears. one thing to note is that there are two types of chips for the iS that depends upon the engine. We initially got the wrong one, and made the car stutter at lower revs, stalling on round abouts and when driving ...

Re: e36 m3 opinions?

The E36 M3 is a great car, and certainly is realiable, comfy and quick. as MikeKean has said its a 90's car, but for the money i think they offer outstanding value. Good ones are getting rare. to be honest i think too much is made of the EVO vanos issues, as i have only heard on two instances from m...

Re: What size wheels for best handling?

depends on usage to be fair. 15 inch rims were std on the 318is. so the best overall. 16's nice, bigger rims look slightly better, little performace drop. 17's look better, but obviously you sacrifice some performace for looks. (have these fitted to the iS i co- own, these are the daily rims, have a...

mate i personally would not mess with any alarm system myself, prefer to get an expert fit it, Clifford like all other alrams are olny as good as the fitter fitting it.

I've known too many cars that have fucked up after "non-qualified" people start fitting them.

i got HID's for the E30 and E36 from Chromeline-Design.com.

Simple enough install as my mates did them, one ballast box and Bulb, minor wiring i believe, but best of all 3/5 year warrenty on it all.

Dont think the z3 short shifter will fit into the e46 bmw. it does fit e36 328's.

I think www.Chromeline-design.com can sort out a shortshifter for the e46, but i reccomend calling them as the website does not show all the products they can supply.

What color will the interior be, as this makes a big difference.
If light then go for a darker colour.
if dark go for a lighter colour.
