When you open the boot there is a black plastic cover type fitting, it is over the boot latch mecanism and runs the length of the rear. what kind of noise does the sebring make. what kind of quality is it?

Can anyone recomend an aftermarket exhaust for the M42 engined 318is. The one that is on it won't pass the NCT (Irish equilivent of the MOT) and need to source one fairly soon. Ive had trouble locating any. would like one with twin exit pipes, not too loud but more throughty than standard. louder on...
