Unless u want to replace hole quarter section which are around £300 a side. I'm currently in the process of...

Re: rust repair
I bought the last NS inner arch last week and ordered a OS inner arch, but Cotsworld rung and said that the OS one was labelled wrong and was actually a NS. So technically there is still 1 more NS inner left in the uk (if someone has not bought it since). The OS is on a long back list from Germany, ...

Had a quick look earlier. Good read! You done well. Not gone through it all yet tho.
Anyone else used a a good welder in south east who's familiar with e30's? Doesn't have to be mobile I could get it trailered.

The carpet cleaner stuff is called 1001. It's pretty good, it works well. Just keep going over it. You'll see the shite getting sucked through the nozzle. I think the disk plates are around £30 each off the top of my head. You just get the plates, I've bought all new bolts for the plates and caliper...

Also check where the pipes join the back box. The couplings crack and it's a new centre section or fabrication job

Defo check the subframe mounts as they defo crack as Speedtouch says. I had a e46 m3 vert but had no probs with it, but it was a 53 plate with low miles. Sold it last year with 50k on it.

Fuel/Brake Pipe bracket bush
When removing my fuel and brake line from the car the screws holding the brackets have sheered. Item 6 is the bush in this link http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=1112&mospid=47263&btnr=16_0173&hg=16&fg=15 How are they connected to the chassis? Idol's 325i Sport Restoration
So after owning this E30 for about 12 years and driving it through my 20's the time has come to restore the old beaut! It came off the road about 3-4 years ago with a blown head gasket and because I had another car the poor old E30 got forgotten about and has since been in the garage, (which I actua...

Rear Wheel Bearing Play
I have just replaced my rear wheel bearings and have put the hubs back in. There seems to be quite a bit of play in them. This is without the drive shafts in. I'd say about 1mm play left to right. Is this normal? Has be experianced this before?

The dealer mate. You should have looked on Demon Tweeks, they have Bilstein B4's on there very cheap. Ive ordered a set of rears which worked out £40 each with postage. I've emailed them regarding the front as they list 2 at different prices. Think the more expensive are for the bigger struts, but I...
