If you have been over heating then there are three likely causes that you should investigate. In order due to cst they are: An air lock in the cooling system, bleed the tystem to correct this.( run it with the cap off and keep topping the water up. The thermostat could be not working correctly, you ...

Yep get ur self a 2.5 lump i personally think the 320 is a waste of time they arent quick at all. The conversion is easy really i hadnt done an engine swap before and i did it with no probs really. You will need the complete engine the engine wiring loom, the prop from the 325 and the diff oh and ob...

If one of the Cv joints has locked(which is rare) then the other wheel would stop tuning too as u have a LSD so there is a possibility that this could be the cause but it is more than likely just the diff! I left a 316i diff on my 325i conversion once and than went causing similar effects to what u ...

Get yourself a chargecooler instead of an intercooler they are a lot more effective as the air doesnt really get that hot on superchargers so you need extra cooling to get a big difference. Iv seen these fitted to G40s and G60's they use water to cool the air it makes a massive difference. Ps cheers...

On the car in my sig pic i had the sampe problem. It got really wet in there very quick, sometimes it would be full nearly to the top. It turbed out to be comming from the arches. If you pull all of the trim out of the well you will see where the inneraches meet the rear wing, i put a load of sealen...

When i actually get my 325 tourer running properly(serious missfire probs at the mo) i plan on slapping a dirty big supercharger on. As a result i have a couple of questions i would like to ask. There are plenty of people who can give you advice on turbo mods but not too many on the charger front. R...

I checked the spark by resting the spark plug ontop of the rocker cover obviously connected to the HT lead. It seemed to be sparking ok. A worn rotor arm would cause probs on all cylinders surely. Would be the dizzy cap if anything. I am baffled by this problem really cant think of anything. althoug...

It easily kept up with my mates 320i but thats not saying much really! I wanted to get twin carbs but never got round to it. Loads of companies do manifolds for M10's t...

E30 short shifter fittment
Hi all, i have recently purchased a shortshift for my 325i to eliminate that huge throw. My friend bought one of these and when he fitted it, it caused the linkage to touch on the propshaft balancing weight type thing just below the linkage. I am sure that i read on here or got a link from here whic...
