steering rack for 325 tourer
Just wonderin what is the best shorter rack for my 325 tourer as i have been told a Z3 rack would fit but dont know which model???? and how easy to fit any modification needed???

This might be me bein stupid but on my 325ise tourer there is a washer bottle for the rear washer jet in the boot in the passanger side storage area which you fill by a little spout under the tail gate but on havin a leakin fuel filler i found nother bottle under the drivers side wheel arch does any...

Good look with the search and what ever E30 you get you wont go wrong easy to work on but rarely have faults and a pleasure to drive.

Never fitted one but i recently bought a 325 with a Z3 short shift and it makes a massive difference its so precise and smooth. I drove another 325 today without one and it didnt feel anythin near as tight as mine.

Same as lads no primer used on mine tryed satin and decided to go matt think it look ace so did my grill on my 525i track car aswell looks treats.

Can only help you on the windscreen problem. They are not bonded in they usually have a silver trim in the rubber and once you remove this trim the windscreen with some persuasion should come out. Took a few out for banger racin.

Hey
I run pagid fast road pads on ebc grooved discs for track use and find them reallt good but givin the choice i wouldnt buy the ebc discs again. Managed to warp the first pair so ebc sent me replacements.
Beemers shouldnt have brakes not needed to go sideways.
