It great having a Convertible.. hope the restoration goes well... Any more news on a local meet around Lincoln.. There is the 3rd Tues' nr Sleaford but the guy must be away at the mo' so no further info. Cheers :D

The tank does replace the spare, however, Its the price we like, no good if you use the car for racing and weight is an issue I suppose.. The guy who fitted my system accesses the setup via laptop! My 525i uses a vapour system multi point too. It starts on petrol and very soon switches over.. The reason I asked about the other system is I cannot really convince my good lady to fit another £2000 system due to lower mileage covered on t...

Hi everyone. LPG conversion on your BMW - Have you had your car LPG converted.. Can you recommend your conversion and why? I can vouch for my E34 525i Touring, has a BRC system - runs really well on LPG. I am looking at having my E30 converted too... your views would be appreciated ...Cheers David :D

Hi..I have used the autoglym kit on my old hood before it was recently replaced.. it did a real good job. The old hood was getting thread bare looked horrid from underneath.. It kept the rain out and the pre-cleaner got rid of the dirt too. I do not know if you vacuum your hood but it really helps t...

Cheers for all comments I will tred carefully when I collect.. Things can go wrong, I am not the first to worry about collecting a strange car.. it is a weird time till you get to know the old girl you have just bought. :roll:

Hi Mike.. the car was purchased from Buchanan motors up in scotland.. another mate of mine bought an M5 from him.. all okay.. would be very interested if you can find it or even rememeber the year of reg. cheers David

Yes LHD.. I really like white Bimmers.. this is my 4th white BMW had my first for 15 years Your Cab looks great too, real nice colour!

Thanks to all.. I have a really great example of a chrome bumper 320i Cab' less than 58k with original factory fitted aircon too.. very rare.. Hope to meet other members soon.. Cheers for the welcome

I will try and find out.. I am new to the forum when it comes to communications, however, it would be good to be a first at such a thing... I suppose if I try and utlise the central locking system that would be a start, must do some digging..

The E36 uses the system.. I wonder if it is possible to utilise it. Thanks for comments.. I will have to have word with Andy Everett or Dave Cooke at Parkside Worksop.. someone must have had a go :P

I have just had my E34 525i SE convereted to LPG, it is paying for itself.. I am saving over £200 on petrol pump prices. The installation cost just under £2k, however, it is totally auto, (starts on petrol and switches over to gas) and has it own ECU and returns average 26/34mpg/. So at 52p a Lt...
