Broken clutch pedal
Hi my clutch went the other day and the pedal stays down on the floor. I thought the slave and master cylinder had gone, so I took a look at it today and it seems like my pedal has broken. It just moves up and down and the spring and everything else stays still. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Re: Cheap stainless Exhaust Manifold
Just finishing fitting mine today I had some clearance issues with the lower steering uv joint it catches slightly on the corners. I changed my engine mounts and gearbox mounts this gave me the clearance that was needed. I also removed my uv joint and rounded off the corners just to be on the safe s...

Re: Cheap stainless Exhaust Manifold
Hi I bought one last week and they are excellent for the price. At first I bought one from hottuning but sent it back because of the poor quality and fitting problems. This one fits great and because the welds are better I expect better performance gains than the hottuning one.

I was looking into this also but in the end i thought why bother because there are no real advantages in having 5 studs.

Re:
In my opinion your brake system is completely unbalanced you have a extremely large pad surface and nothing to push them with and the Golf and Clio servos in my opinion are just a way to get the engine to fit and are a downgrade to the original setup. Have you considered fitting the E34 V8 servo.

I have adapters so you can fit 312mm discs and E38 Brembo calipers or E34 540i / E32 750i calipers but you need to run 16" wheels and wheel spacers. WMS make a set of 4 pots that will fit under 15"

Re: seat ibiza brake discs.
Due to lack of funds wont be getting them made until I get my next student loan in may. I need to order 10 sets because the price for just 1 set is £90. I spoke with MTEC brakes and they can make drilled & grooved discs 312mm 4x100 with a 66mm hub for £95 + postage but that quote was for 10 sets.

Ok I will be ordering 10 sets of adapters next month. They will allow you to run 312mm discs and E38 Brembo Calipers on your car. I bought a set of E38 Brembo calipers from ebay for £70. Re: seat ibiza brake discs.
Hi i have been working on a brake upgrade using OEM parts I made adapters for the 305mm discs and the 312mm. For the 305mm the adapter would have to be set either above or below the normal caliper position. I found the best way was to go 312mm you can get the 4x100 discs from ebay. With the 312mm yo...

Re: e36 328 brakes on a e30?
The E38 calipers fit under the 17" alpina reps with 10mm spacers. They might fit 16" alloys not tested them yet. I managed to get a pair of E38 Brembo calipers on ebay for £70. So with a bit of luck you could have this setup for £250

I'm working on this at the moment just need to pop down the local scrappy to get the parts to test. 300mm.de are selling what they call special hub bearings for this. But as far as I can see they are using E34 hub bearings for the front. For the rear you can use the E36 hub bearing. The only downsid...
