I am thinking of buying an E28 520 I really like the look of them.
Does anyone know what engine this is?
Is it the same as in the E30?
Has anyone got one?
Should I be thinking of another one to buy?

Re: Delay when blipping throttle.
Maybe the K&N panel filter is not helping if it it taking in warm air.
Also the car had an ecotech valve installed and the filter may need replacing.

Re: How much should I pay for a 320ise coupe
eldarvanyar! I can confirm that your old 320 is still going strong. I've owned it for 2 years and in that time covered about 8K (almost trouble free) miles! However, it's just about to go up on axle stands as the prop centre bearing needs attention. Hi, if you EVER decide to let go of her then plea...

Re: How much should I pay for a 320ise coupe
DavieP, couldn't agree more  My former 320iSE could really shift if needed yet was a smooth drive and pretty economical. I do belive you are less likely to find a ragged one. I have been there when it comes to fast cars and speed and have had my fare share of turbos. I have driven over 400,000...

Re: How much should I pay for a 320ise coupe
By low mileage I mean under 100k
I think its worth spending a bit more if it means there is less to do body wise and mechanically. It should be cheaper in the long run

How much should I pay for a 320ise coupe
How much do you think I should be paying for a mint 320ise coupe, preferably in sterling silver around G reg onwards with the factory body kit etc.
I am still pining after my last one G705 GTY
If any one knows of any coming up mint and low mileage, teher must be some out there

Has any one still got G705 TGY
Has any one still got G705 TGY, I wondered what's happen to her, she is a 320iSE in Sterling Silver or was. I know when I sold her to Jack he had her lowered and 15" wheels put on. Any pics would be good.
It's funny how these e30s have a special place in your heart.

Thinking of coming back
I sold my E30 earlier this year due to the arrival of another baby, and I am thinking that I made a bit of a silly mistake. I am still pining after my old sterling silver 320iSE that I sold to Jack and nearly bought back of him for the third time but left it to late. :x (Its on my banner) Hope the n...

The M-tec wheel shouldn't block any view of the clocks. I've had both the small & larger sizes with no problems. How tall are you, I am 6ft so its when I look down. If the wheel angle was adjustable it ould be fine. I'm 6'2", maybe it's just down to seat position. I will try moving the seat then :m...

Well I have got my 320iSE Back from by MWM Techie mate and I have had the car serviced, new cambelt and pulleys, new radiator (ouch), rocker cover gasket and new heatshields which meant having to deal with the previous 3 broken studs in the exhaust manifold. Drilled out all three, put in two new one...
