Roughly 4pm yesterday, filling up at the petrol station in sainsburies, on the M602 coming out of manchester - whoever you are that was a fine example, it looked mint! had a funny number plate though! Nice clean Alpina reps to.

looks like a battlezone doesnt it! im trying to ascertain whether you can tell if a cars been ragged just by its surroundings!

seen it on the pheads forums and was wondering if anyone has seen or knows anything about it?

I think i seen your car today. You were at some traffic lights coming out of sainsburys i think it is and next to a brewry was it you looked like the car had just been cleaned. just carry your normal plates with you for when you get pulled, just say youve been to a show and forgot to change them over.

Well set up Golfs seem like they don't understeer like most fwd cars. yeah a good valver with the right suspension, i.e coilovers and ARB's will hold the road like shit to a shovel! mk2 golfs running tuned 1.8t's or highly tuned g60's (approx 280-300bhp) only just verge 14's, and the mk2 is a lighter car!!
