have beeen having problems getting my passenger side headlight to line up have greased up all the adjusters and it turns freely it looks like it is a justed correctly but on a wall its just shwoing it is too low and the same at on the propers measuring tool at the mot station. have checked out the h...

ive got some elbows just like that in my shed if anyone is after some, got some straight pipe aswell, about 4 metres of it about 4mm wall 1 1/4" and 1 1/2", what i made my log from, i found it quite hard to find a plubing merchant to sell me anything accept a full length

dunno about easily but yeah 20+psi is possible, depends on tuning, where boost comes in and how well sealed your headgasket is and other stuff. A swedish drag racer made 600hp on stock compression and ran 9 sec 1/4 miles with just a welded diff and radials/steels but I dont know how long it lasted, ...

it could flow fine, look at the log i made and see how it works out for ant if hes uses it, it is a very similar design, i got my idea from the TCD log where it gets slightly bigger on each branch, i made the the log section larger each time a branch joined it, think it was 1 1/4" single branch then...

there is 8 brand new H1C's on ebay for $400 and $90 delivery right now thats about £250, cant go wrong with one of them on an M30, Also I think XS power stuff is ok if you not using really high boost dont listen to the 3 year old posts about housings breaking in half and bearings collapsing, the h...

arent b20 pistons 80mm?, look at some M42 pistons, if they worked in M20B25 they should work in M50

like this, i drew 2 wastegates too close but they are not connected atall, i dont think butterflys/flaps will be any good in an exhaust system

i dont mean having all exhaust going throught a wastegate, what i mean is you have a normal manifold and wastegate, to start wastegate is closed and all gas flows throught HX27, the HX27 turbine exit is connected to the H1C turbine inlet, then when HX27 is spooled the 1st wastegate opens and bypasse...

right , i guess you need some kind of non return on compressor exits or you will get your boost braking (slowing) the other turbo down?. A wastegate before both turbos exiting in between, a 40-50mm wastegate combined with what the HX27 can flow should be enuff, I dont know what other type of valve w...

making and controlling a valve to bypass small turbo on WOT is going to be the hard bit i think, could you just use a wastegate and put exit into pipe going from small turbo to big one? Would still need one between turbos aswell tho to control big turbo i think

not sure I like flat part between spokes or the centres on LM's, prefer RS or style 5, arent LM's super expensive aswell?, can get style 5's the cheapest I would go for them if value matters

yeah it is max, M50 with longer throw on crank, diego on e30tech has put one in his M20 but it required custom pistons as he couldnt find any that would work
