Just fitted my m20 bbtb and I'm well chuffed. Great workmanship and friendly to deal with. Kept me in the picture with Pm's along the way. Cheers Byron

Re: 2.7 help
Not exactly a great add is it. No description of the build etc. 2.5 heads have 2.5 & 2.7 stamped on them so don't assume it's a 2.7 by that. You need to find out the build spec on it before you offer a price I think

Re: Gave it some meguiers treatment!
This wasn't done because it needed paint correction, it was painted not so long ago. Just gave it a wipe over and starting to get plenty of wax on it for when I put it back on the road in April. It's the first real polish and wax since the repaint. Going to be keeping on top of it though. Goosie you...

Re: Gave it some meguiers treatment!
The hot shines ok, not as great as they make out, but never really is. You can't beat autosmart silicone tyre dressing. You apply it with a paint brush and that stuff is shiny! On this occasion I used the mirror glaze first as it had a bit of dust on. It says it's a high lubricant and can be used to...

Gave it some meguiers treatment!
I spent all of this evening cleaning and most importantly waxing my car. It started off with a bit of eBay buying last week, getting a detail spray clothes and wax etc. and I've got to say I'm impressed! All easy and simple enough to use with a bit of elbow grease. Anyone else used these themselves?...

Re: 6 branch manifold
They are shocking! Barry will be referring to the one I had. It went straight back. They did understand what my problem was with it either. This to me proved that they had no interest in making a "performance" manifold. They said "but it is nice and shinny!"

I wasn't going to do this mod as soon as some of you guys are going to do by the sounds of it. But will be very interested in your results. I would like to know how you get on with a chip to run it. I thought it would need a live remap. Please keep us updated guys.

So can I ask for the guys running a maf, what type of ECU/chip or management are you running? That sounds like the vital part.

Re: Views on miller maf
Hi. What's your spec of your engine? From top to bottom. As I have a ecu and maf conversion done by ant a while back which I will be selling as I'm going turbocharged. My setup is also a cammed 2.7... I bought my engine already built, but from what I'm told its a 2.5 head, Schrick 288/288 cam, vern...

Re: Views on miller maf
So your please with it? What's the difference between using a miller product and say the m50 maf? Apart from the price. Don't like the fact that your still waiting for an appropriate chip for this 5 years down the line. Pain in the arse company to deal with I take it? Speedtouch, is this something y...

Re: Views on miller maf
Hi mate, hope all is well?
No this is useful. So there are other units that you can use other than the miller unit? I heard something about using a Hyundai maf too. What have you done reguarding chip in the ECU?
Do you see any difference with the maf? Or have you always had it?

Views on miller maf
Hi guys, I've been looking into getting the miller maf conversion for my 2.7. When I googled this I got mixed views. One extreme to another, some say amazing difference and others saying over priced for not a lot of gain. Anyone running one of these? And what do you think? I hear it smooths out idle...
