It'd be worthwhile having it ceramic coated inside and out wouldn't it? You could wrap on top of that too..

Re: M20 turbo manifold
Ben, AKA Fowler has one beg to differ Mark, Fowler has the proper manifold made from 2.6mm stainless, not the ebay copy. Tee, make sure and wrap that puppy, they go almost transparent in use due to the thinwall design.... Ill get miniblob to wrap it winkeye he's getting good at it now :teehee:

M20 turbo manifold
My turbo manifold finally turned up yesterday. Have not offered it up yet but it looks really nice. Total cost inc. postage and customs charges was £249 which I think was a bloody good deal! For that price I wasnt going to mess about fabricating my own! He are some pics http://i122.photobucket.com...

Re: What's it worth??? 6 Branch............
Right guys, it all depends on the manufacturer of the the compressor and the part no. I had a list somewhere. Some can run 134 some cannot. Yes rob it has to be done in one day strictly speaking but I know of many time a system has had no gas in it due to a leak, then the leak fixed and system regas...

Re: auto to manual!
Dont have to modify the ecu stu. Mine ran fine when I converted the Alpina.. There is a plus where the DME connects to the to the vechicle loom and the EGS and you just disconnect it, as far as I remember. You might have to bridge the inhibiter switch but thats about it. Oh and dont forget the spigi...

There are some no.s on it and I am trying to find out the thickness of the gasket so I can put the correct one back in, as the block ...
