E30 Zone

I'm looking to replace a lease car in the next 3 months but only really need a weekend car as I use a van during the week.
I've always fancied a 6 series the modern version that is petrol or diesel any thoughts?

I know it will be worth more in parts than selling as a complete car but I don't know if I've got the heart to take it apart after all these years
I regret taking it off the road in the first place but it no good dwelling on what could of been (sounds like a marriage break up)

I bought a lachs silver 325 touring after seeing wheeler dealers back in the day I still own the car but it needs work

I like the touring more than the saloon as like you say its far more useful and looks better in my opinion

I'm looking at getting another e90/1 and quite fancy a petrol engine rather than diesel.
Are there any issues with the 3.0 petrol engine car will be around 6-7 years old hopefully

nice cars was there much difference between the 325 and 330 performance and fuel wise

I've got a 13 button obc stored away but I had a look at it today and the screen has got what looks like screen bleed
can it be repaired and is it worth doing

That looks a tidy car for the money and those bumpers make a difference

I think it had a facelift around 2008 which made a difference the m-sport bumpers to improve the looks but come at a premium over the standard cars

I'm in the process of trying to get my touring back on the road been at it with the wire brush under the arches etc and cleaned the petrol filler pipes up etc but need something to protect the metal from rust.
Whats the best stuff to use either hand painting or rattle can

I'm 99% certain that i will keep it either way i might get myself a welder.

Its been outside but i parked it on a lorry tilt so the water wouldnt settle on the ground .

I was thinking the same thing the other day i sold my avus with lotus leather about 18 months ago for £1k only to see it for sale a couple of months later for £1695 god do i regret selling that car only sold it because the wife was struggling to get in it with her bad f##king leg
