Re: Four Stud Conversion - How?
Most of the time the studs have a thicker part so you can screw them in until it won't go in in any further. Put a little bit of locktite on the part that goes in the hub and screw them in. I used two wheelnuts to fit them tight. http://www.rtb-motorsport.nl/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/19-500x333.jpg...

Re: What results have people had with 540 Brake Calipers??
At www.300mm.de you can buy a conversion kit which uses E34 540 calipers with 312mm discs. We actually wanted to go that route and even got the calipers but they ended up very heavy for one pot calipers so decided to go the Massive Brakes route.

Re: biggest discs under 15 inch wheels
Nick - That's the Midilite, a radial mount - you should be able to shim it our further with washers (and get nicer spacers later) to see how much bigger you can go and take it from there....keeping the brackets, but with longer bolts of course. What discs are those by the way? Tom - The Team Dynami...

Re: biggest discs under 15 inch wheels
We use 300mm Wilwood discs in 15". We needed to use some Team Dynamics Pro Race 2.0 wheels which are very flat on the inside.

On the track de 944 Turbo beats the 911 of it's own time. I don't know yet which car I would choose between the e30, 944 or 911 actually

Hell yeah :

This is the "medium" setup. The hole in the front is the most loose setup, the hole in the back the most stiff.

After having the same problems yesterday at the tracktest, we're going for the catchtank option also. As we've got the fuelsupply system of a pre-facelift e30, the lowpressure pump located inside of the tank should be enough to fill a swirlpot with the external fuel pump pumping it thru to the engine.
